Internal Cavity Drainage systems
Walls and floors are covered in 8mm or 20mm thick membranes. These are detailed at the wall floor junction before draining into a channel with inspection ports. Water is still entering the property (as to prevent it may result in structural damage especially if below ground) but is being controlled and channelled to one or more pumps that will pass the water to the outside of the building.
A monitoring system and battery back-up solution with associated alarms can be fitted to ensure it really does work when needed.
Once the membrane system and channels are in place the room can be plastered and decorated to provide warm habitable accommodation.
The system can be guaranteed for 20 years with a 10 year GPI insurance cover.
It is completely serviceable and complies fully with BS8102

The system has been developed over the last 20 years for use in waterproofing for basements, reservoirs, roof and deck finishes, concrete and steel protection, tank lining, asbestos encapsulation, pipe protection and bund lining.
POLYPRUFE combines fast curing, even at very low temperatures, and water insensitivity with exceptional mechanical properties, chemical resistance and durability.
